Overview

StampTheory is operated by an individual publisher based in India. This policy explains what data we collect when you use stamptheory.com, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that data.

StampTheory is designed to be a low-data site. The vast majority of visitors read visa information and leave — no account is required, no login is required, and no personal data is collected for that use case.

02

Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

Analytics (anonymous): We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, time on page, country of visitor, device type. This data is aggregated and anonymous. No individual is identified.

Creator applications: If you submit a "Get Featured" application via our Tally form, Tally collects your name, social media handle, email address, reel URL, follower count, and tier preference. This data is stored by Tally and accessible to StampTheory for the purpose of processing your application. See Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy.

Creator click tracking: When a visitor clicks a creator's reel link on StampTheory, a click count is incremented in our database. No personal data is stored — only a count. This is visible only to StampTheory admins.

Cookies: StampTheory does not set any first-party cookies. Vercel may set cookies for analytics purposes. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

03

How We Use Your Data

Analytics data is used solely to understand which countries and features are most useful, and to improve the site. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Creator application data (name, email, handle) is used solely to review your application, send a payment link if approved, and manage your listing on StampTheory. It is not used for any other marketing purpose without explicit consent.

04

Data Storage and Security

Creator listing data (handle, bio, reel links, tier, expiry) is stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. This data does not include sensitive personal information.

Creator application data submitted via Tally is stored on Tally's servers. StampTheory accesses this only via the Tally dashboard.

We do not store payment card details. Payment links are processed externally (UPI or Razorpay). StampTheory never handles card data directly.

05

Third-Party Services

StampTheory uses the following third-party services:

Vercel — hosting and analytics (vercel.com/privacy) Supabase — database (supabase.com/privacy) Tally — form submissions (tally.so/privacy) Google Fonts — typography (loaded from Google's CDN; subject to Google's privacy policy)

These services are used only for their stated purpose. StampTheory does not sell data to or share data with any advertising networks.

06

Your Rights

If you have submitted a creator application and want your data deleted, email us and we will remove it from both our records and request deletion from Tally within 30 days.

If you are a listed creator and want your profile removed, contact us and it will be taken down within 24 hours.

StampTheory visitors who have not submitted any form have not provided any personal data and have nothing to request deletion of.

07

Contact

For any privacy-related queries, email: vin.subscribe@gmail.com

We will respond within 7 working days.
