Conditional Visa on Arrival (VoA) is available ONLY for Indians who already hold a valid (unexpired) visa or residence permit from USA, UK, EU/Schengen, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, or South Korea. Fee: AED 100 for 14 days. Physical copy of qualifying visa required — digital copies not accepted at UAE immigration.
Do not confuse tourist e-visa with employment or work visas — those require GAMCA medical tests, employer sponsorship, and separate documentation.
For visa types not covered by the center, refer to NRP department website: www.adnrd.ae/home.action
Indians with a valid, unexpired US Green Card or qualifying US visa qualify for the UAE Conditional Visa on Arrival — 14 days, AED 100 fee, processed instantly at Dubai/Abu Dhabi airport. No pre-application needed. You must carry the physical Green Card or visa — digital copies are not accepted. Cannot be extended.
