Appeals against visa refusal must be filed within 10 business days in Georgian language (certified translation required if submitted in other language)
Indians holding a valid US Green Card or valid US visa enter Georgia visa-free for up to 90 days within any 180-day period. No e-visa required. Georgia now requires travel/health insurance with minimum 30,000 GEL (~USD 11,000) coverage for all incoming tourists (from January 2026).
