Indian passport holders are explicitly eligible for online ROC Travel Authorization Certificate application

Applicant must meet basic requirements AND at least one additional requirement

Travel Authorization Certificate is valid for 90 days with multiple entries allowed

Holder may stay in Taiwan for 30 days from day after arrival

Applicant must never have been employed as a blue-collar worker in Taiwan

Approved certificate must be printed and presented with required documents upon entry to Taiwan; entry will be denied without required documents

If reapplying for another certificate, application must be submitted seven days before current certificate expiry

Visas with VOID, CANCELLED, or CANCELLED WITHOUT PREJUDICE stamps are not eligible

Work permits do not count as acceptable visa documents

For expired visas/resident cards: 10-year period calculated from expiry date (or issuing date if no expiry given) to date of arrival in Taiwan
